Every home tells a story — and so does every designer. LNI Studios was founded on a simple conviction: that luxury should feel effortless, not excessive. That a well-designed home should work as beautifully as it looks.
What began as a passion for transforming spaces has grown into a boutique firm trusted by homeowners across New Jersey and New York. Our approach has never wavered — listen first, design with intention, and manage every detail so our clients never have to.
We are based in New Jersey, deeply connected to the design and building communities of the tri-state area, and privileged to work on some of the most exceptional residences in the region.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
What We Believe About Design
We believe a well-designed home is invisible. Not in the sense of being forgettable — but in the sense that you do not think about it. You simply feel good inside it. That is the standard we work toward.
We believe function is not the opposite of beauty. The most beautiful rooms are the ones that work precisely right — where the light falls where you need it, where there is always somewhere to set a glass, where the sofa is deep enough to mean it.
We believe the client's life is the most important design element in the room. Not the sofa. Not the tile. Not the trend. Your habits, your rituals, your particular way of moving through the world — those are what make a design specific and irreplaceable.
We believe in restraint. Not minimalism — restraint. The discipline to stop when everything that earns its place has been placed, and nothing else is needed.
